VAX TV build procedure
======================
Using TV.COM, VAX TV can be rebuild, if necessary.
It can be started by:
$ @TV
Several parameters can be used, to get different
sorts of listings:
$ @TV no listing
$ @TV LIST standard listing without
cross-reference
$ @TV CROSS standard listing with default
cross-reference
This main build procedure, will call for other
procedures:
TVMACROS.COM to update TV.MLB
TVCOMP.COM to compile the tv programs
TVLINK.COM to link TV.EXE together
