1) Dialog mode to so that it would accept "?"
the message without a ^V quote.
2) Two prompts now apply to dialog mode. The first
explains the functions of the delimiters, the second
just prompts for the next message.
3) Made ^Z delimiter work consistently. (i.e. it will
no longer get you out if the message is null, but
rather, just prompts you for the next message without
sending the null to the OPR.)
