Enclosed in this save set are the following modules:

1.  TELL.* - a program to communicate with remote systems via DECnet
    to allow the execution of a single command.

2.  DOTELL.* - the server for the TELL command from remote systems.

3.  *.REL,*.UNV - universals and .REL files needed to assemble and
    link TELL and DOTELL.

DOTELL runs detached and is multi-threaded. It keeps three passive DECnet
connects outstanding at all times to prevent a window where no connect has
been issued.  See TELL.RNH for information about TELL.
