   T   - TEST OF SIGNIFICANCE OF RS (OUTPUT)
   NDF - NUMBER OF DEGREES OF FREEDOM (OUTPUT)
   NR  - CODE, 0 FOR UNRANKED DATA IN A AND B, 1 FOR RANKED
