Problem: When running DDT in an extended section an error
can occur when trying to deposit.

Diagnosis: In CHKSEC, DDT checks the section map to see if the section
exists.  An improper branch is taken if the JSYS return is negative.

Solution: At CHKSEC+5 change JUMPGE to a CAME to avoid making the 
wrong decision about the existence about the section.
