Problem: There is no way to load the
DX20 microcode during timesharing.

Diagnosis: 

Solution: Create a program called DX20LD which can be used during
timesharing to load the DX20 microcode.  This might be used in the
event of a power-fail, a new release of the microcode, or after
the DX20 was taken down for maintenance. The DX20 microcode to
be loaded by this program is contained in a file callel DXMCA.ADX.
