Pauses scrolling of terminal output until  CTRL/Q  is  typed.   Input,
though  not displayed, is accepted into the input buffer and processed
after a CTRL/Q.  Use the TERMINAL  PAUSE  (ON)  CHARACTER  command  to
define alternate pause and continue characters.
